Lightbox Film Co. was built on a simple belief: great films come from people who genuinely care — about the story, the craft, and the impact it creates.
James’ journey began with his first film camera at age ten,and a lifelong pull toward creativity. He studied art and engineering, travelled widely, and spent summers leading a watersports centre and winters in the mountains capturing images.
James’s sense of adventure, tenacity, people skills, and creative instinct shaped the foundations of Lightbox Film Co.: a studio built on curiosity and a genuine commitment to craft.
