High-End Training Videos for Lloyds

The Project

As part of Lloyds’ commitment to fostering a more inclusive and supportive workplace, they commissioned Lightbox Film Co., in partnership with The Communication Practice, to create four high-end training films. The series covered Inclusive Communication, Psychological Safety, The SAID Feedback Model, and The Four Ds, delivered in an engaging, accessible format for teams across the organisation.

Creative Solution

The aim was to bring core diversity and inclusion principles to life in a way that felt relatable and genuinely useful, ensuring the organisation’s values were reflected both in policy and in everyday behaviour.

To bring the material to life, each film blends professional role-play scenarios with guided presenter segments, allowing viewers to see concepts in action alongside clear and structured explanations. Authentic performances and polished production ensured the scenarios felt grounded in real workplace dynamics, helping colleagues connect both emotionally and practically with the material. Designed as standalone modules, the films are easy to digest, engaging to follow and effective for large-scale rollout.

The Outcome & Impact

By using film as a communication tool, Lloyds has driven deeper engagement and more consistent understanding of their diversity and inclusion framework across the organisation, reinforcing their investment in people and positive workplace culture. The training series supports a more inclusive, safe environment and empowers teams to adopt new ways of working with confidence.
